Click “Forgot Password” and enter your email to receive an email with your username and a link to put a new password. Providers are allowed to have only 1 account as it is being monitored by APD. If you create more than 1 account you will be blocked by APD and penalized.
Log in to your account.
Go to the magnifier and search for the titles as listed bellow, register and start the modules
APD - Zero Tolerance - expires every 3 years
APD - Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Basics - expires annually
Once completed, your Certificates will show under “your learning", “your certificates” and or “your transcript”
